PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!! This certainly is a scam and warrants the BBB taking a look at how valid this company is. I returned the product and was told it was outside the warranty date and could not be accepted. I now have my bank investigating the charges to my account and hope to get this company closed down for selling a worthless product and taking advantage of consumers.
I have never held on to speak to a representative for an hour to have an issue resolved. Based on being caller #68 tells me there are quite a few unhappy people with this company!!!
