Horrible Customer Service

First: DO NOT BUY, LEASE or DEAL with this place. Their Customer Service is just horrible. The only time they give you a good service is when you signed the lease and drive out of the lot. Bringing your car back for service is just a nightmare. Got my
5 Series in 2010 and their service guy Tony Cardenas was helpless. Bottom line is to NEVER deal with these people again and they made me thinking of a Lexus of a Mercedes. BMW should be taking a look at this dealership and do something about it.
