The following is my account of my experience with Rockland Restoration:
An insurance adjuster came out to my home after I had a slab leak. There was tile damage, cabinet damage, & exterior stucco damage. I have roughly a 130 sq.ft. kitchen with 15 linear feet of cabinets. The insurance adjuster estimated the repairs to be under $4,000.00 including the reimbursement for leak detection services. At this point I was not sure if I could get the work done for that amount.
I was given Rockland Restoration's contact information from the dry-out contractor. After speaking with the representative from Rockland, I sent Rockland the insurance company's estimate. After review, Rockland told me that I was not paid out enough funds to completely cover the damages.
At this point I was a little skeptical with Rockland's findings because I was under the impression that my insurance company would take care of me. Rockland came out to my house and performed an estimate. As per the estimate given by Rockland, the repair cost totaled more than $12,000.00. Rockland assured me that the estimate given was correct and that they could obtain the unaccounted for funds from the insurance company.
...After one month of the insurance company giving me the run-a-round including having one of "THEIR" insurance contractor's meet me and Rockland on site, Rockland absolutely retrieved every dollar they said they would.
The obtaining of additional funds was the most time consuming part of the process. Once the funds in were in my possession Rockland Restoration completed a FULL kitchen remodel in just over 8 days, unbelievable!
Rockland completely performed in every aspect of this process, hands down, and they even left me with a signature coffee mug!
