Just dealt with Primo Upholstery, Santa Ana. This was the most disappointing business transaction I have ever made.
Promises of quality work and timely delivery were fa;se.
Shoddy execution of a simple upholstery project ( 8 cushions). Originals, which were provided, were rectangular in shape and had clearly defined right-angle edges, The material returned was rounded on three sides, over filled with foam. and stitching was strained.A promise made on 9/25 to correct the problems was not kept! details available by calling 562-326-0076
