I am also in a loan restructe process with NOD Consultants. My experience so far is not very good. I paid several thousand dollars up front for their services, but after about 4 months nothing has happened. I was finally contacted by my primary mortgage lender regarding the restructuring process, and actually got the run-around from them also. NOD Consultants promised results, but so far hasn't delivered. They haven't even called or emailed with a status. What should have taken about a month has taken over 4 months, and is still pending. Aaaarrrrghhhh. My lender says don't pay up front for this type of service.
