I signed up last September , filled out all the papers around March 2011 I started having problems with the company not calling me back then my representatives changed. I haven't gotten my home loan modification completed yet. It is now 14 months and I am afraid I am gonna loose my house. I have now worked with 5 different people. I have asked for my refund and a supervisor said they never said they would guarantee results. What can someone suggest for me to do to get my money back? We heard about this company from a radio advertisement.
