THIS COMPANY HAS CLOSED THEIR DOORS AND HAS CONSOLIDATED OPERATIONS WITH ANOTHER OFFICE.
We were associated with this company through a friend who had worked with a guy named RYAN. So we contacted this company and talked with Ryan. He took our fees of $3000 via bank draft - to have been put in a escrow account -- WE WERE then passed to an office worker who said an attorney was working on our case.
IF OUR FUNDS WERE PUT INTO AN ESCROW ACCOUNT, THEN PLEASE RETURN THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!
As of this week 4/15/10 the office is closed and the only information we can get is they have consolidated offices in Rancho Cuchamonga.
This office might well be involved in Identity Thief also. They took all our credit card numbers for a debt restructuring and now the new office knows nothing of the gentlemen - STEVE or RACHEL that took the information.
Our mortgage company now has issued a DEFAULT NOTICE based on NO ACTIONS FILED for MOTIFICATION !!!
WE ARE GOING TO LOOSE OUR HOME OVER THIS COMPANY!
IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THIS FIRM, I SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT TO FILE A CLAIM FOR ID THIEF TO START WITH.

** THE ATTORNEY PERSAUD HAS SEVERAL OFFICES SO HE IS SKIPPING AORUND THE STATE TO NOT BE FOUND!!!

ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU -- THEY HAVE FALLED FROM A 'C' TO A 'D' IN A WEEK .....
I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THIS FIRM STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING.
AT THIS TIME THE COMPANY SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!! COULDN'T DO IT SO THEY GET ONE.
