DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY as I called on Nov. 8, 2011 AGAIN about not receiving a replacement cartridge, was put on hold to speak to young man's "Supervisor" he "Demetrius" came back on the phone and said that his supervisor was busy on the phone, he said that since it had been a little while since I had returned the original cartridge (over a month ago) that they could not give me a refund and that he did not have a replacement cartridge for my printer, that he could just only offer me a 10% discount if I wanted to order another cartridge. I told him this was not acceptable that I either wanted my money back, or another cartridge that of which I had already paid for, or that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. I told him that his 10% off me placing another order was not acceptable and I told him to go ahead and let me talk to his supervisor. (I have sent this company many many e-mails and have called them before and been put on hold for a very long long time and eventually hung up the phone) He put me on hold again and came back to the phone and said that he was putting Brianna on the phone. When I asked how to spell her name, he giggled. A woman finally came on the line and she said that she did see where I had sent the cartridge back and since it was opened that the best she would do would be to give me a 10% DISCOUNT if I WOULD ORDER ANOTHER cartridge with their company. I told her the same thing that I had already paid for a cartridge AND SENT IT BACK and that the one they sent me did not fit my printer SO THERE WAS NO WAY IT COULD HAVE NOT BEEN REUSABLE and that I had bought a padded envelope and paid to send it back registered mail, as well as the fact that I had sent them -several times- an email and even copied it to several of their departments to make sure they got it telling them that the cartridge had been returned and that it did not fit in my printer in the first place, therefore I had NOT USED IT WHAT-SO-EVER. The woman told me that the cartridge they had sent me was a colored cartridge but it had black ink in it and would fit in my black inkjet slot. Again I explained that now both of my cartridges were out and that if they would have sent me the product working right for my printer that they would have had a repeated customer. I told her again that I was not going to send them any more money with a 10% discount that they had my money, the fact that I returned the cartridge they sent me back without me using it because it did not even fit in my printer and that the only thing that would work would be for them to give my money back or a replacement cartridge, or that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. She did not try anything else to resolve the problem. I explained to her that I thought it was out of state fraud and a federal offense, that they had taken my money and I had no product and was even out more sending it back. I asked her for the county and address of their company and was told, that her name was Brianna W. and that I did not need to know her last name, she said the W. was good enough, the Sr. Vice President was Patrick Devane and the county was "One Los Angeles County" and the address where she was was 2500 Grand Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90815. I told her that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and she said that would be fine. I checked this company out on the BBB website to find that they do business as several different names. I wonder what the owners of this company have to say about all these bad BBB reports that I am now viewing. I am a veteran of toner cartridge remanufacturing myself and this company is setting a bad reputation for the business and for the owners therein.
