This company is a sham. I used them to pay for a single search, which cost me $1.95. The search return was not at all useful, but I paid it without complaint. Then two months later, I look at my credit card summary and found that the PeopleSmart.com had charged me about $40 for January and March. I did not authorize nor was I present for these debits to my account.
It appears to me that PeopleSmart are doing what a lot of unscrupulous Internet companies engage in: they sucker people in for small purchases and then, hoping the person is not paying attention began making fraudulent charges to the persons credit card account without the person's knowledge. I called the company and talked to someone who was clearly a con man. Avoid this company like the plague.
