They should change their name to Gold-digger and Hull Scraper. Bogus lawsuit filed in late 2011 for a water heater installed in 2003. Way outside of the 4 year statue of limitations. The water heater itself went bad. The installation was fine.
I think they are bottom scrapping attorneys just looking for an intimidation payout. Being sued for $4200 in Superior Court. They should have their licenses revoked.
