They took advantage of a 97 year old gentleman and military vet who only wanted to purchase his wife flowers for Valentines Day. He ordered the premium arrangement and they sent the standard / as shown arrangement.
I was guaranteed via email by C.S that his arrangement would consist of more flowers. Not only was that NOT the case, they sent different colors. When I complained, that evening (a few time), they went on line and actually changed the color of the flowers from burgundy to orange and revised the description and blocked me from their site. Who does that. Talk about having too much time on their hands. Look at their review in the BBB website. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Order directly from a local, established florisist.
