I just moved to this town about 4 years ago so you can imagine how I feel about letting someone I don't know very well take care of my vehicle. Now with that said I took my truck to Ethridge because my engine light was on and as we all know you can't pass an emissions test with the engine light on. Just so happens the one year my truck comes up for the test my engine light comes on two weeks before the tags expire. So I took my truck in and Ethridge fixed everything that was wrong, and 1,600 dollars later my truck passed the emissions test. Now I'm not a rich man and Ethridge has been burned by people in the past, and like I said they don't know me and I don't know them. But they were willing to work with me and I had my truck. I don't have to begin to explain how hard it is to try and balance my kids school, my wife's work, and my work with one vehicle. When my truck malfunctions again you can bet on one thing, I'm taking it to Ethridge Tire and nowhere else. The Shop manager there I consider to be one of the best business men I have ever dealt with. He's up front, and he even called me after hours to personally let me know what was going on with my vehicle. There aren't too many businesses left out there with an individual like that working there. So do I suggest Ethridge Tire, you bet I do and I tell everyone that I know who has problems with there vehicle to take it there.
