Business has extremely poor customer service. I feel that they would not even choose to debate this fact. They are unable to advise you when an order will ship. They are unable to advise you if it has shipped. They give false information in telling you that your order has shipped, when in fact it has not. A man named Jeff is the owner I am told, but Jeff is never available to answer questions. This is not a reliable organization.
