This operation is a scam. He misrepresented himself as a lawyer that would handle the eviction when in fact all he did was fill some paperwork that I had to file myself with the court. For that he charged me $700. As soon as he got the money, he stopped returning my phonecalls and actually blocked my number. Something should be done to protect consumers from this kind of blatant misrepresentation.
